Recently renovated, you will enjoy an ultra comfortable, chic and cozy welcome, in a green and natural setting. In the south of Périgord and at the gates of Haut-Agenais, we are ideally located in the heart of the bastides (5 km from Monpazier, 8 km from Villeréal). Come and get lost at the end of the road… This is our home!

Welcome to Périgord!

Here, you are at the confluence of Périgord Pourpre and Noir in the middle of the country of Bastides. Close to the Lot et Garonne, we are equidistant from Monpazier and Villeréal. Not far away, the Châteaux des Milandes (Joséphine Baker), Beynac and Castelnaud await you. Enjoy the gardens of Marqueyssac and escape.

Inspired by the surrounding landscape, Le Lodge La Courrège was designed to accommodate a couple and to make your stay a unique, comfortable and cozy moment. Our lodge was designed for your well-being and relaxation on a private property of 2.5 hectares with a superb panorama.

Far from the tumults, here, all is calm and serenity.

The Lodge and its facilities

Designed for your comfort, the lodge is a large cozy suite:

- a corner fully fitted kitchen : oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle bread, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer.

- a dining area with a bistro table

- a lounge area with TV and bio-ethanol fireplace

- a bathroom with a large shower, double basins and separate wc .

- a bedroom area with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with wardrobe, wardrobe and hangers.

Household linen is provided: sheets, towels, bathrobes and tea towels.

The entire lodge is air-conditioned (reversible) and equipped with an air purifier system.

Outside, the lodge is equipped with a large terrace, juxtaposed with a completely private swimming pool and SPA.

What we offer

The open space of the bedroom, and the generous dimensions of the bedding (160 x 200 cm) will bring you comfort and relaxation. Sheets are provided,

We provide our guests with towels and bathrobes

For cooler evenings or for a cocooning atmosphere, take advantage of the bio-ethanol fireplace. The pleasure of the flame for a cozy atmosphere
and warm.

Air conditioner

The Lodge has efficient and silent air conditioning. Its filtration system is extremely sophisticated with its multiple functions: anti-bacteria, antivirus, anti-allergens, anti-dust, anti-fine particles and anti-mold.

You have a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer -linen as well as the necessary to cook comfortably. A dining area and a relaxation area have been furnished.

Cleaning and maintenance

We provide the products necessary for the maintenance of the Lodge. You will find a vacuum cleaner and household products there.

Private SPA

A SPA 2 elongated places is at your disposal. It is regularly inspected and benefits from an ozone treatment.

Exterior equipment

A private terrace extends the lodge with a garden table and chairs. For the relaxation area, sun baths are available. Nearby, there is a picnic table, a barbecue and bicycles for the many walks.

Prices

The Lodge is OPEN ALL YEAR.

We prioritize weekly reception during the summer period.

For school holidays, public holidays and bridges, we also favor stays of 3 to 4 days.

HIGH SEASON(from 01/06 to 30/09): 220 € / night or 1540 € for 7 days

AVERAGE SEASON (February school holidays, Easter, All Saints Day, Christmas

+ public holidays and long weekends): €200/night, i.e. €1,400 for 7 days or €800 for 4 days.

LOW SEASON (the rest of the calendar) : €180/night i.e. €1260 for 7 days or €720 for 4 days.

The prices indicated are exclusive of tourist tax (3.30% of the overnight rate per person).

Charges are included: water, electricity, heating.

Please note: ANIMALS are NOT ACCEPTED in order to guarantee our future guests a welcome that is not conducive to allergens. Also, the cottage is exclusively NON-SMOKING.
